All returns must be authorized in advance by calling or emailing Global Sales Group Inc and requesting an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You may call us directly at 877‐474‐5521 during regular business hours. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted for any reason.
All approved product returns must be shipped back to Global Sales Group Inc within 5 business days of the date that Global Sales Group Inc issues the RMA with the original packaging, in as-new condition, along with any media, documentation, and any other items that were included in the original shipment. Ship the products at your expense, and insure the shipment for its full value or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. A written note referencing the RMA number must be included with the return shipment.
Parts and tooling that are not defective cannot be returned after 30 days from the Invoice date.
A minimum 15% restocking fee will be charged for returning parts or tooling, depending upon the original manufactures return policy. Special order, custom parts or custom tooling are not returnable. The buyer is responsible for all freight charges.
Upon receipt of your return, Global Sales Group Inc will issue a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees. Credit will be issued upon inspection of the returned parts or tooling and only if the item is in the same condition as when it was shipped from Global Sales Group Inc. or its vendors.
Machinery return policies will follow the manufactures warranty policy.
